Inside we can find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with island and dining room, laundry room, main dining room and gazebo and a second living room with stunning fireplace, bathroom and two bedrooms, another games room with table.
The villa overlooks the beautiful garden with native plants and a pine forest area, and covered garage, but the plot has for 10 vehicles. On the ground floor it has two ascents with stairs on the opposite sides that go up to the first floor in one of the they 2 rooms with balcony and bathroom en suite and an independent bathroom, the main one, in the other staircase 3 bedrooms one of them with bathroom en suite, a completely renovated villa and ideal to spend your holidays with family or friends, they can also have celebrations.

Its a dream villa - long drive in with remote gates, a flood lit tennis court, large swimming pool - shallow on one end for kids and long enough to get a few laps in. The villa has 3 yes 3! living rooms - we only used one, large kitchen - approx 3 areas you can dine in. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, loads of storage space, pots, pans, cutlery, various types of glasses etc. The bathrooms (3 of them) are like looking into a showroom - very nice. The ensuite bathroom is larger than my bedroom. The place is huge - it has two separate upstairs areas accessible from two separate staircases. There are rooms on the ground floor but all the bathroom are upstairs unless you use the pool shower room - also luxurious. The host were really good. Communicate back almost immediately when I messaged with any queries. The villa is expensive, but once you stay there you'll see its well worth it. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for families. Though it is slightly secluded, the supermarket is less than 5 mins drive, the beach about 10 mins away and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours etc near the beach and open until very late. The villa is central in respect of its location in the Alicante area. Only 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Alicante, 10 mins away from Santa Pola beach / marine, 30 mins from Torrevieja.
