How can I pay for my booking?

We have different payment methods for our clients: credit card (Amex, Mastercard, Visa), bank transfer, paypal, etc. So that everyone can use the one that best suits their needs.

I've already made a reservation, what's next?

Make sure you have made the payment for the entire reservation before check-in.
Online check-in. We will send you an email to complete the online check-in on the same day as the reservation confirmation, and we will resend it to you 7 days before check-in. Online check-in is a mandatory procedure. It is essential for entering any of our accommodations. Online check-in must be completed 20 hours before check-in. If you have any questions, please consult us; we will assist you in every way.
Security deposit. 7 days before arrival, you will receive an email requesting authorization for the security deposit along with a complete guide to the accommodation. We use Swikly's services, which allow us to secure your deposit without any charge to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by their booking platform.
One day before check-in, we will resend the accommodation guide. If the check-in and security deposit are completed, you will find the entry codes in the accommodation guide, allowing you to access the accommodation early in the morning on the day of check-in.
Check-in time is from 16:00 onwards. Enjoy the accommodation and remember to take care of and respect the house as if it were your own. Check-out is at 11:00. You must leave the house following the instructions in the guide.

What should I do if I have any questions about my accommodation during my stay?

Along with the instructions of the house we will provide you with a customer service number via WhatsApp for any queries you may have.

Do I need to check in?

Check in is a compulsory procedure by law. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. Consult us if you have any doubts, we will help you with everything.

You do not have to pay a deposit, you have to leave a credit card as a guarantee. Days before arrival you will receive a request by mail to authorize your security deposit. We use Swikly services that allow us to secure your deposit without any charges to your bank account.

Can I enter the accommodation earlier?

In high season it is difficult for us to be flexible due to the volume of arrivals and departures that occur on the same day, but if you have booked to enter during the week or out of high season, ask us if you need to enter or leave at a different time and we will do our best to help you.

Who will give me the keys to the accommodation?

Almost all our houses have an autonomous entrance, meaning that we will provide you with an entry code to enter the accommodation. It is designed so that you can enter at the time you want without relying on anyone.

Can I leave the accommodation later?

Departure time is 11am. In high season it is difficult for us to be flexible due to the volume of arrivals and departures on the same day, but if you have booked for midweek or off peak, please let us know if you need to check in or check out at a different time and we will do our best to help you.
